Key Holding & Alarm Response

We are SIA Approved Contractors for Keyholding and Alarm Response complying fully with BS 7984: 2008 (Keyholding and response services – Code of Practice)

Upon notification of an alarm the Mobile Supervisor will be dispatched to the premises. On arrival a full external patrol will be conducted to identify any signs of intrusion. Signs of intrusion would be immediately reported to the Police.

Following this an internal inspection of the premises would be conducted to check the area of activation prior to the alarm being reset. The building would be secured and the alarm receiving centre contacted to ensure that the alarm is operational before leaving.

In the event that repairs to the premises are required we would contact the relevant contractors as per your instructions.

Full reports of any attendance are made detailing action taken and left for your attention.

Key-holder escort service is also available to accompany a member of your staff to inspect the premises.
